The Fund, which is new this year, is available to assist businesses develop and pay for innovative training solutions to take advantage of growth opportunities for their business. Training does not need to be via a Registered Training Organisation and can be tailored to your business’s specific needs. If you have identified a need for training within your own organisation, take a look to see if you might qualify. Whilst qualifying businesses are required to contribute to the costs of training, the contribution level is skewed in favour of micro (contribution level 25%) and small businesses (contribution level 34 %). Assistance with legal training, such as training in contract negotiations, may meet the funding criteria.
